Pre-collect Letter Service
20-Day Letter Series (Two letters)
We send effective money-producing letters, ten days apart, to your past-due customer. Each letter is progressively stronger and stresses the importance of paying before the account is assigned for collection. If the debtor fails to pay during the pre-collect period, the account automatically receives Immediate Action Service.
10-day Demand
This tool firmly, but tactfully, gives the past-due customer a final notice to pay in full by a specified date. There is no charge for payments received within the specified 10-day period. If the debtor fails to pay, the account automatically receives Immediate Action Service.
ACTION & LITIGATION
Immediate Action Service
When you want fast results on a problem account, trust our Immediate Action Service. Our experienced staff uses professional techniques to affect collection. If the debtor fails to respond or is uncooperative and further action is required, the account is forwarded to our Litigation Service.
Litigation Service
Our litigation staff gives your account expert attention. An asset search is conducted on all accounts entering this service to determine the feasibility of litigation. In Oregon we specialize in using the small claims court system when feasible. For larger accounts in Oregon and accounts outside of Oregon we utilize an NACM national network of attorneys specializing in collection of delinquent accounts.
Status Reports
We keep you informed of your accounts with online status reports. In the event the account is in litigation, you will be informed of any meaningful activity.
