Advertising Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to meet for discussion of common areas of interest. This credit group may include in membership any company which is primarily selling advertising media to commercial businesses in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Wilf's Restaurant.
Building Materials Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which is primarily a distributor or manufacturer of building materials to lumber yards & dealer’s products and/or services in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month, from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at Hayden's Lakefront Grill.
Construction Suppliers
Contractors Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry.This credit group may include in membership any company, which is primarily a distributor or manufacturer of construction products or services to contractors and subcontractors in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings take place on the third Wednesday of each month, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Wilf's Restaurant.
Construction Matierals & Equipment Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry.
This credit group may include in membership any company that manufactures or distributes construction materials and equipment to include but not limited to aggregate, asphalt, and concrete products or services and related accessories to contractors and subcontractors. This also includes any company which manufactures or distributes services or finances equipment or parts to construction or logging companies. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.

Face-to-face meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Wilf's Restaurant.
Electrical Wholesale Distributors Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discussimprovements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry.This credit group may include in membership any company, which is primarily a wholesale electrical distributor in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the third Friday of each month, from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at Columbia Edgewater Country Club.
Eugene Construction Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which primarily manufactures, distributes, fabricates, finishes, or supplies to the construction industries in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at The Original Roadhouse Grill.
Floor Covering Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company which is primarily a distributor of floor covering products and/or services in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, from 7:30 to 9 a.m., in the NACM Oregon Boardroom.
HVAC/Plumbing Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which primarily manufactures or is a wholesale distributor of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and/or waterworks products or services to dealers and contractors in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the NACM Classroom.
Mountain West Electrical Suppliers Teleconference Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which primarily manufactures or distributes products or services to the electrical contracting industry in the Mountain West states. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month, from 9 to 9:30 a.m. (PST)/10 to 10:30 a.m. (MST) via conference call.
Wood Fabricators Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which manufactures or distributes products used in the fabrication of furniture, cabinets or millwork in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Hayden's Lakefront Grill.
Apparel & Footwear
East Coast Executive Credit Association (ECA)
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of interest to members from the apparel, footwear, and cosmetics industries.This credit group may include in membership any company, which (1) manufactures or distributes products to retail, specialty or department stores, (2) operates a credit department with a professional credit manager,(3) has sales exceeding $300,000,000 per year, and (4) is a member in good standing of any NACM affiliate. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held four times per year in February, May, September, and December, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with report clearances all other months.
National Apparel & Footwear Credit Association (NAFCA)
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which (1) manufactures or distributes apparel, footwear or related products to retail, specialty or department stores; (2) operates a credit department with a professional credit manager; and (3) is a member in good standing of any NACM affiliate in the United States. Any company meeting the qualifications shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held four times per year in March, May, September, and November, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with report clearances all other months.
Regional Sporting Goods & Apparel Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which manufactures or distributes products or services in retail, specialty or department stores regionally or nationally. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the third Friday of odd months of the year starting at 12 p.m., at NACM Oregon Classroom with report clearances all other months.
West Coast Apparel & Footwear Credit Association
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members from the apparel, footwear, and cosmetics industries. This credit group may include in membership from any company which (1) manufactures or distributes products to retail, specialty, or department stores; (2) operates a credit department with a professional credit manager;and (3) is a member in good standing of any NACM affiliate in the United States. Any company meeting these qualifications shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held four times per year, the second Wednesday in February, April, July, and October, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with report clearances all other months.
Food Service & Supplies Credit
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which primarily manufactures or distributes products or services to restaurants, grocers and institutions in the Pacific Northwest.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the NACM Oregon Classroom.
Industrial Suppliers Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which manufactures or distributes any type of industrial supplies and wholesales to the general industrial trade in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the second Friday of each month, from 12 to 1:30 p.m., at Columbia Edgewater Country Club.
Legal Services Discussion Group
The purpose of this group shall be to meet for discussion of common areas of interest. This credit group may include in membership any law firm. Membership in the Legal Services Group shall be held in the name of the individual company. The principal delegate from each member company shall be its senior accounts receivable person responsible for the credit function. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every other month, odd months of the year, from 12 to 1:30 p.m. Location varies.
International Trade Discussion Group
The purpose of this group shall be to meet for discussion of common areas of interest with occasional guest speakers in the area of international sales and credit. This credit group may include in membership any company with an NACM Oregon membership in good standing. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the third Friday of each month, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Wilf's Restaurant.
National Forest Products Credit Group (NFPG)
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which:
(1) is involved in the initial conversion of logs into forest products.
(2) shall have sales in excess of U.S. $200 million from such forest products in the most recent calendar or fiscal year prior to application for membership.
(3) shall have a full-time employee whose primary responsibility is providing credit management and related services for the company, but who does not have a responsibility relating to sales of forest products for the company.
Forest products are defined to mean lumber, plywood and panel products utilized primarily in the commercial and home construction industries and distribution such forest products shall be national in scope, and not merely regional. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the third Thursday and Friday every other month, odd months of the year, from 2 p.m. Thursday, and then 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Friday.
Paper Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discus improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry.This credit group may include in membership any company, which manufactures or distributes paper, paper products and printing supplies, or services to the printing industry in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face to face meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at Francis Xavier’s Restaurant. The group does not meet in the month of December.
Petroleum Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, manufactures or distributes petroleum products or services for commercial/wholesale use in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cascade Grill.
Regional Food Manufacturers & Processors Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which manufactures or processes food products in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the odd months of the year, from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at NACM Oregon Classroom.
Regional Metals Credit Group
The purpose of this credit group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any stocking metals service center involved in the mill production and/or distribution of metal products and distribution of such metal products shall be regional or national in scope. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the second Monday every other month, odd months of the year, from 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and members participate in person.
Trucking Industries Credit Group
The purpose of this group shall be to collect, compile, and exchange credit experience information and to discuss improvements in credit management techniques and other subjects of general interest to members of the industry. This credit group may include in membership any company, which manufactures or distributes vehicles, engines, parts, or materials and labor incidental to such distribution; that provides financing services; or that provides operating supplies such as fuel, tires, or accessories to commercial trucking operations in the Pacific Northwest. A company shall be eligible for membership in this credit group as described in the Bylaws.
Meetings:
Face-to-face meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month of the year, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Cascade Grill.
