Membership
The NACM-Oregon Foundation is an independent, nonprofit foundation that is dedicated to increasing credit management professionalism. The Foundation is managed by an elected group of current and retired credit professionals who have donated their time and energy to make the Foundation a source of funding to support education of people involved in credit management.Advantages of Joining the Foundation
Individuals (active or retired) who join the Foundation are people who are or have been actively involved as a professional in credit management and have a personal desire to help increase the level of professionalism in this integral business profession. Members are people who may have benefited from scholarships awarded by the Foundation and now want to "give something back" for the educational help they had received in the past! Your elected Foundation Board members are fully committed to this need for developing educated and certified professionals in the credit profession.
Not all of our supporting companies can afford professional development courses and certification fees. The Foundation has been able to bridge the gap by providing funds to achieve professional education and development goals.
Your individual or corporate membership is your way of demonstrating your commitment and dedication to the credit profession.
Remember, credit management is our profession. We continually need to update our knowledge in this ever-changing profession. We continually strive to improve our credit skills. We need to maintain the integrity and high ideals of our profession and livelihood! Please help us in this endeavor.
