Contributing your firm’s accounts receivable information is simple. Most systems can provide what we need.
NACM Oregon simply needs the items on the attached list exported from your system to an electronic file. We can take many different file formats – Excel and text files are the most common.
Unable to get all of the items into one file? No problem, we can even take more than one file. For example, many firms are able to export an aging file and a separate customer address file. We will match the two back up together on our end.

Once the files is exported from your system, you transmit it to NACM Oregon. We can accept data via email, FTP, or a secure upload to our website.
That’s it! Your work is done! We will handle the rest of the process for you! Your file will be ran through a series of validation checks to help ensure data accuracy and integrity. We will then distribute the data in a secure manner to only the credit bureaus you have authorized sharing with.
